When we started Tuturuuu, I dreamed of building technology with people I trust - friends, mentors, and passionate builders. What makes me most proud is that women have been leading this journey from day one, not as employees, but as friends, partners, and pioneers.
Thu, my peer and the first engineer at Tuturuuu aside from me, believed in this crazy idea when it was just a dream. Quynh, who became the first COO of Tuturuuu and mentor to all of us, helped shape what Tuturuuu could become. Tam, younger but equally brilliant, became our first People & Operations Coordinator and built our people operations from nothing. They're not just teammates - they're family.
Today, we build alongside Sophie and Sweet, the amazing women founders of AllMind who are on the same journey. Tien, from SPARK Hub, opened doors we didn't know existed - connecting us with incredible people, giving us space to innovate together, and believing in us when we needed it most. From RMIT students to global partnerships, every connection has made us stronger.

Professor Iwona Miliszewska, Dean of SSET, led the Poznań trip initiative that changed our perspective. Hoa, Manager of External Engagement & Events at SSET, and Nguyên, Senior Coordinator of Academic Advisory and Planning, helped engineers in SSET (School of Science, Engineering & Technology) access incredible opportunities to go abroad, like the International Strategic Management Workshop in Poznań, Poland at Poznań University of Technology (PUT). Working alongside the RMIT Analytics Club team, she brought Tuturuuu's vision of empowering students through technology to life.
Đài, Head of Organizing Committee for RMIT Business Analytics Champion Season 6 (2025) from RMIT Analytics Club, coordinated the successful execution of this pioneering data analytics competition. Her leadership in refining the competition structure and ensuring smooth operations showcased how students can lead meaningful initiatives that bridge academia and industry.
