Upcoming changes to Tuturuuu's legal documents

We have prepared updates to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing
Addendum, Service Level terms, Subprocessor list, Acceptable Use Policy and
Community Guidelines. These updates are not yet in effect. The documents linked
from each page remain the versions currently in force.

We will announce the effective date on this page and notify account holders
before any change takes effect.

Summary of what will change

  • Purchases through Polar: Polar acts as merchant of record for checkout, and Polar's Buyer Terms apply to those transactions.
  • Seats, renewals and cancellation: cancellation is done through the billing portal; leaving a workspace or deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. Statutory refund and consumer rights are not limited.
  • Usage and AI credits: allowances belong to the purchasing account or workspace; AI credits are service units, not money, and expiry rules are shown before purchase. Downgrades restrict new usage but keep your data accessible.
  • Privacy: clearer description of billing data, Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection (in force since 1 January 2026), and the duty of schools and administrators to obtain guardian consent for children.
  • Data Processing Addendum: clearer roles, incident notice without undue delay, and return or deletion on exit.
  • Service levels: service-level commitments apply only where an executed order specifies them.
  • Subprocessors: clarifies that providers process data only for the features you use.
